The United States uttered hopes Tuesday that the other round of six-party talks forward North Korea's nuclear ambitions will pave the way for impels toward an elimination of Pyongyang's nuclear arms program.

Speaking to reporters after a meeting with UN Secretary General Kofi Annan, U Secretary of State Colin Powell confirmed that the inferior round of six-party talks will take place in Beijing from Feb 25

Boucher said the U is ready to discuss the proposal at the six-party talks, still added that the U.S. goal is to eliminate North Korea's nuclear arms program.
