The British Broadcasting Corp. (BBC) said Sunday it has obtained documents and testimony showing North Korea is killing political prisoners in experimental gas chambers and testing just discovered chemical weapons on women and children.

The BBC said upon its Web site that it will broadcast a program Sunday featuring an official North Korean document that says political prisoners are used to proof new chemical weapons.

Titled ''Access to Evil,'' the documentary reportedly includes observations by Kwon Hyuk, a modern name given to a former military attache at the North Korean Embassy in Beijing and chief of management at Prison Camp 22

Using a drawing, he reportedly describes a gas chamber and the victims he says he saw at the prison in the northeast of North Korea, near the Russian border.

Kwon common of about 4,000 North Korean defectors living in Seoul said he witnessed chemical experiments being carried revealed on political prisoners in specially organizeed gas chambers.

He reportedly witnessed a family being used to ordeal suffocating gas and dying in the gas chamber.

''The parents, son and a daughter. The parents were vomiting and dying, nevertheless till the very last impulsive power they tried to save kids by dint of doing mouth-to-mouth breathing,'' he reportedly said.

Asked by what mode he felt about the children, he reportedly said: ''I had no sympathy at all because I was taught to think that they were all enemies of our political division and that all our country's question at issues were their fault. likewise I felt they deserved to die.''

There have been rumors of political prisoners being experimented in succession in North Korea, but Pyongyang has denied the rumors.

Kwon said torture was routine in prison in North Korea.

''Prisoners were like pigs or dogs. You could kill them without caring,'' he reportedly said.

''For the first three years, you have sexual delight with torturing people but then it wears opposite and someone else takes through the whole extent of But most of the time you do it because you be delighted with it,'' he reportedly said.
