Cabinet Secretariat adviser Kyoko Nakayama onward Wednesday rejected North Korea's latter proposal for five repatriated Japanese abductees to go on to Pyongyang airport to pick up their families and bring them to Japan.

The proposal ''is no different from the single in kind that was conveyed to us brace years ago when the five (abduction) victims came back to Japan. We do not descry any new proposal in the North Koreans' remarks,'' Nakayama said in a language at a Tokyo hotel.

North Korean officials are said to have propos the plan last month in Beijing to Japanese lawmakers including Katsuei Hirasawa, a House of Representatives member from Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi's dominant Liberal Democratic Party.

in succession Hirasawa's meeting with the North Koreans, Nakayama said, ''We are thankful in the mind it was an exchange of information, on the contrary the (government's returnee) support office is not responding to it at all as we do not think it will lead to the nearest round of negotiations.''

Nakayama, who heads the support office, warned it would do no beneficial to North Korea to preserve the seven children of the five and the husband of undivided of them as well as Kim Hye Gyong the daughter of abductee Megumi Yokota, a Japanese abduction victim who Pyongyang says is dead.

She said the major tasks for the Japanese regulation this year are to have the eight relatives and Kim result to Japan and to gain more information about the 10 abductees, including Yokota, who are either said to have died in the North or are unaccounted for.

North Korea admitted in September 2002 that its agents abducted or lur 13 Japanese to the home between 1977 and 1983 and eight of them died. The Japanese management recognizes the 13 and brace others as victims of abduction to the North, further Pyongyang said it has no record of the sum of two units having entered the country.

The five repatriated abductees were allowed to respond to Japan in October 2002 in what North Korea reflection would be a temporary visit of sum of two units weeks.
