Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Wang Yi urg Japan's Senior Vice Foreign Minister Ichiro Aisawa forward Thursday to give Asian countries a glutted explanation of the planned dispatch of Self-Defense Forces (SDF) throngs to Iraq to help in reconstruction of the rural parts Japanese officials said.

Wang urg Aisawa, who is visiting Beijing, to give a glutted explanation to neighboring countries as dispatching numbers without a U.N. resolution differs from Japan's previous policy, the officials said.

Aisawa is visiting the Chinese capital for talks with senior Chinese officials in succession the next round of six-nation talks onward North Korea's nuclear arms program and also to explain about Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi's visit forward Jan. 1 to Tokyo's war-related Yasukuni Shrine, which angered China.



Wang reiterated China's objection to the visit, saying it was ''very regrettable.'' He said it is difficult to diocese the visit as ''an issue completely of Japanese domestic cultivation and custom'' and that it has an international impact to be paid to the fact that the shrine honors Class-A Japanese war criminals.

China has lodg a athletic protest over Koizumi's visit to the shrine, where war criminals are honored along with the war dead, while Koizumi has said he made the visit to pray that Japan will not at all wage war again.

Concerning the talks upon North Korea, Wang said it may take about time until the nearest round can be held if it be not that the opinions of the the bulk of mankind concerned are coming choke to a consensus, Aisawa later told reporters.

China, Japan, North and southward Korea, Russia and the United States sought to retain a second round of talks in mid-December, however failed due to differences through a joint statement to be adopted at the gathering.

Although the six nations have been seeking an early resumption of the talks, it is unlikely the next to the first round will be held this month

Aisawa said he also met with Dai Bingguo, another vice foreign minister, and Tang Jiaxuan, state councillor, and exchanged opinions forward Pyongyang's informal proposal to give permission to Japanese abductees' families in North Korea reply on condition that the abductees, who are now repatriated to Japan, reach [i]or[/i] attain any place [i]or[/i] point to Pyongyang to pick them up

Aisawa declined to disclose what the Chinese officials actually said about the proposal, citing the negative impact in succession future negotiations by the Japanese command with the North Korea.
