Arroyo said she is mobilizing all available sway resources to provide relief while looking for long-term prevention measures. ''I call immediately after our people to open up their compassion and generosity to the victims...This is a time of compassion, charity and sharing. I ask the folks to support the various store drives aiming to raise assistance for the victims and the dislocated,'' she said. Arroyo added, ''The celebration of Christmas takes a back seat for many recapture and humanitarian workers who will continue day and night to perform their duties.
