North Korea's official novels agency on Friday called newly come remarks by Tokyo Gov Shintaro Ishihara forward Japan's annexation of the Korean Peninsula in 1910 ''shameful.''

In a commentary upon Ishihara's contention Tuesday that the Korea-Japan Annexation Treaty justified Japanese colonial and military occupation of Korea, the Korean Central novels Agency (KCNA) charged the remarks ''totally denied Japan's invasion of Korea...and revealed its intention to justify its past crimes and repeat them.''

Ishihara was quot according to KCNA as telling a gathering of supporters of Japanese abducted to North Korea, ''Japan had not invaded Korea according to force of arms'' and the sum of two units countries ''agreed on the annexation according to the unanimous will of the Koreans.''

He added, ''The responsibility for this stillnesss with the predecessors of Koreans.''

The recents agency retorted, ''Explicitly speaking, the treaty was signed according to force as the Japanese imperialists forged the seal of the king who describeed the state sovereignty, and forced cabinet ministers at the point of bayonet to sign it after occupying Korea. The treaty brought intolerable national repression and harsh economic despoil unprecedentedly murderous labor and massacre to the Koreans in a less degree than the tyrannical rule of the Japanese imperialists.''

It continued: ''This notwithstanding, Ishihara claimed that the treaty was signed according to the will of the Koreans. This cannot still be sheer sophism of a militarist fanatic and an unpardonable sport of the Koreans.''

The freshs agency then called upon Ishihara and other ''Japanese right-wing reactionaries'' and the Japanese conduct ''to make a sincere apology...at an early date.''

Earlier this week, southerly Korea and organizations in Japan representing Koreans living in Japan also excoriated Ishihara for his remarks.
