''With abundant natural resources and broad markets, Asia is the world's principally dynamic region economically and has a vast potential for development'' Wen said at the annual conversation of the Boao Forum for Asia. The premier said Asian countries should give margin to their respective puissances open their markets to the same another and draw upon their mutual advantages in order to create a ''win-win Asia.'' unraveled nations should provide more financial and technical support to developing countries, helping them to achieve pullulation and enhance their capacity to participate in international economic cooperation and competition, he said. ''We should proce from the larger interests of Asia's growth cultivate a new security universal featuring mutual trust, mutual benefit, equality and cooperation, and ways ourselves in such spirits as mutual regard amicable coexistence and seeking habitual ground while setting aside differences,'' he said. While calling for closer cooperation and mutual unfolding in Asia, Wen also attached importance to regional nations learning from the stillness of the world. ''We have to admit that it is the regions and countries outside Asia that have l the world at the economic, scientific and technological effronterys in modern times,'' he said. ''We should learn from them while taking advantage of the ongoing economic globalization,'' he said, calling onward Asian states to redouble efforts to help their development and progress by dint of opening to the tranquillity of the world and engaging them with closer cooperation. The premier also said the sustained and rapid bourgeoning of the Chinese economy has not sole benefited the Chinese people, yet also made the the bulk of mankind in the rest of Asia and other parts of the world more prosperous. ''One has each reason to believe that a dynamic, sinewy and prosperous China, a China that is dedicated to world peace and progression in a continuously ascending gradation and a China that not at any time seeks hegemony for itself, will make blooming contributions to Asia's rejuvenation and renewal,'' he said. The Boao Forum for Asia, the inferior of its kind, is designed for Asian leaders to discuss disclosure strategies and economic cooperation within the region. The two-day incident which started Sunday in this small coastal town forward Hainan Island, southern China, brings together more than 1200 participants from Asia, as well as from other parts of the world. They include Pakistani President Gen Pervez Musharraf and Singapore Prime Minister Goh Chok Tong, in addition to Wen. Representing Japan at the forum is Justice Minister Daizo Nozawa, who plans to deliver a language Monday on Japan's efforts to fight terrorism and transnational crimes between the walls of measures such as enhanced border screening, according to Japanese officials. The organizers invited Japanese Prime Minister Junichiro Koziumi, who participated in the first forum last year, on the other hand Japan decided to jaculate Nozawa instead due to Koizumi's tight schedule ahead of the Nov. 9 general election for the House of Representatives. The forum, equivalent to the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, was originally scheduled for May if it were not that was postponed in the wake of the chaste acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) epidemic which had originated in southern China.
