Countries involved in the six-party talks upon North Korea's nuclear ambitions disagree forward the procedures and topics for a working form into groups aimed at smoothing the diplomatic negotiations, a Chinese official said Thursday.

Although the six nations agree in principle upon the establishment of a working form into groups they do not agree upon all the details, said Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Kong Quan.

The six nations - China, Japan, Russia, the United States and the brace Koreas - agreed to the clump at the Feb. 25-28 talks in Beijing and lay China in charge of setting it up

''Now, each side should concede that there still are different views in succession the discussion topics and operating regularity of the working group'' Kong said at a pres briefing.

''Because each side is actually still discussing, preparing, negotiating and exchanging ideas, the work done from the Chinese is to put to the test our best to be able to bring everyone's consensus together and be able to persuade or entreat that all sides could expres more practical or flexible attitudes,'' he said.

Kong said it would be ''inconvenient'' for him to divulge details of the differences. Among China's tasks is getting agreement forward the number of group members, the working way and the group's mission.

During the talks, North Korea and China were the explanation adversaries, with the U side insisting upon total dismantlement and North Korea asking for material support or security guarantees.

Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Wang Yi indicated in March that the working arrange could be formed by the last of that month, but since then Chinese officials have not station a time frame.

In February, the six nations put the end of June for the latest date for a third cylindrical of formal talks.
