North Korea has denied agreeing to restrain a second round of six-party talks forward its nuclear ambitions, accusing the United States of using the framework to quench North Korea, according to the Korean Central moderns Agency (KCNA).

A KCNA dispatch monitored in Beijing quot a North Korean Foreign Ministry spokesman as saying late Monday that the native land has lost interest and matter in continuing the multilateral talks also involving Japan, China, southward Korea and Russia.

''We have not made any promise'' in denominations of holding the next orbicular of talks following the first meeting among the six countries in Beijing in late August, the spokesman told the official North Korean recents agency.

Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Wang Yi said after the conclusion of the talks, which he chaired, that the six countries agreed to continue dialogue toward the belonging to all objective of attaining a nuclear-free Korean Peninsula.

The North's spokesman said Washington has been reinforcing international hurry against Pyongyang even after the six-way talks and declared that his land is taking measures to maintain and strengthen its nuclear deterrent force.

''This is the mostly rational way for securing peace,'' the spokesman was quot as saying.

The spokesman warned that demands that North Korea first eliminate its nuclear deterrent force would lead to war, saying the situation in Iraq demonstrates this.
