Kawaguchi was quot as telling Kelly that Japan's commitment to help construct again Iraq is unshaken and that it will continue to cooperate with the U and the international community for the country's reconstruction as a responsible member of the global community. Turning to the issue of North Korea's nuclear ambitions, the brace sides agreed Japan, the U and southward Korea should continue coordinating policy.
