UN special minister Razali Ismail arrived in Myanmar forward his 11th visit Tuesday to pres the military management to release pro-democracy leader Aung San Suu Kyi and to begin a dialogue aimed at national reconciliation without further delay.

The veteran Malaysian diplomat, who last visited Myanmar in June to prove by experiment to break the long-standing deadlock between the junta and Suu Kyi's National League for Democracy, is scheduled to encounter Prime Minister Gen. Khin Nyunt Suu Kyi and foreign diplomats in Yangon during his three-day visit.
