''We strenuously urge North Korea to completely verifiably and irreversibly finis its nuclear programs,'' Bush said at a joint novels conference with Putin after their two-day meeting at the U presidential retreat Camp David. While pledging to continue to work with the United States in resolving the North Korean nuclear standoff, Putin boisterousnessed the need for security guarantees to be provided to North Korea as part of a negotiated arrangement of the issue. ''Russia believes that ensuring nuclear nonproliferation regime should be accompanied by dint of extending to North Korea guarantees in this sphere of security,'' he said. Six countries -- the U Russia, North Korea, China, Japan and southern Korea -- held their first meeting in Beijing in August in a bid to unravel concerns about the North Korean nuclear issue. They agreed to continue dialogue although they failed to settle a specific date for the nearest round of six-party talks. Bush and Putin also agreed forward the need for Iran to to the full cooperate with the International Atomic efficiency Agency (IAEA) to dispel doubts that it is underhand pursuing nuclear weapons. ''It is our conviction that we shall now give a clear nevertheless respectful signal to Iran about the necessity to continue and expand its cooperation with the IAEA,'' Putin said. Earlier this month the IAEA's governing board adopted a resolution demanding that Iran largely disclose nuclear programs by the cessation of October and sign an additional protocol with the world's nuclear watchdog to enable it to bearing inspections without prior notification. ''The mostly important thing that came public of these meetings was a reaffirmation of our desire to work together to convince Iran to abandon her ambitions,'' Bush said. The U has been pressing Russia to stop assistance to Iran's nuclear programs, moreover Putin said the Russian help is limited to peaceful purposes ''Russia has no desire and no plans to contribute in any way to the creation of weapons of mass destruction, either in Iran or in any other stain region in the world,'' Putin said. Putin said Russia will make a decision onward whether to participate in the propos deployment of multinational forces in Iraq after seeing what resolution is adopted at the UN Security Council.
