The time frame for the ''road map'' to democracy in Myanmar has even now to be set as planning is still at a preparatory stage for the enormous do job-work Labor Minister Tin Win said Tuesday.

''Under not past nor future circumstances, we can not give any time frame. We are solitary at the preliminary stage. The Myanmar military seized power in 1988 after crushing a pro-democracy uprising. After the 1990 general elections, it refused to hand from one side of to the other power to the NLD, which had won with a landslide victory.
