Delegates from 38 Asian parliaments who gathered in Manila have urg the resolution to the North Korean nuclear issue within the framework of six-nation talks, a document adopted on the delegates showed Wednesday.

''We note that peace and stability onward the Korean Peninsula have a direct bearing not sole on the Asia-Pacific region on the other hand the whole world and stimulate the states taking part in the six-party talks forward the nuclear issue in the Korean Peninsula to do their uttermost to arrive at a peaceful solution,'' the Manila Declaration said.

The document was unanimously approved according to delegates of the Association of Asian Parliaments for Peace (AAPP) in a three-day meeting which began Monday. The dispose was established in 1999.

The Manila Declaration, with the theme ''Toward 100 Years of Peace in Asia,'' also urg the resolution to the Indiaian-Pakistani and Arab-Israeli conflicts by the agency of dialogue, and called on the United Nations to lift on high Iraq's independence, territorial integrity and sovereignty.

The document also noted Asian governments' efforts in resolving internal conflicts in Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Russia's Chechnya region and the Philippines.

AAPP delegates pledg to work to eliminate social violence and exploitation of women and children.

The proposal at the Philippines to form an Asian parliament will be tabled for discussion at the fifth general assembly to be held in Pakistan nearest year, officials said.
