North Korea said last week that it would leadership nuclear arms tests because the United States had revealed elucidations it made during bilateral talks and had tried to confirm its intentions in brow of China, Japan, Russia and southerly Korea at the six-nation forum in Beijing, Japanese restraint sources said Tuesday.

Despite this approach running contrariwise to normal protocol, the U is believed to have revealed a certain number of of the exchanges it had with North Korea to put to hire China and Russia know that the North was still taking the same position it currented in April at three-nation talks in Beijing, the sources said.
