delegate Foreign Minister Alexander Losyukov, who attended the just-ended six-nation talks forward North Korea's nuclear program in Beijing, said Sunday the countries have tentatively agreed to occupy the next round of talks in October or November, local media reported.

Losyukov who headed Russia's delegation at the talks in Beijing, told Russia's Itar-Tass novels agency and others upon returning to Moscow that North and toward the south Korea, China, Japan, Russia and the United States are still working upon the schedule for the nearest meeting but have reached an unofficial agreement.

Regarding a statement issued according to the North Korean delegation upon Saturday that opposed the continuation of talks, Losyukov said it was contradictory to the North's position in Beijing. ''We will find without North Korea's official stance,'' he said.

Losyukov said there is no ne to change the location for the nearest round of talks and indicated that negotiations at the vice ministerial on a level will be desirable.

Prior to returning to Russia, Losyukov also said at Beijing airport that China and Russia have agreed that it is premature to guard full-scale discussions on the North Korean nuclear issues at the UN Security Council.

The multilateral talks were held in Beijing from Wednesday to Friday. Negotiators from the six countries agreed to continue dialogue toward the frequent objective of achieving a nuclear-free Korean Peninsula, with North Korea's renewed nuclear warnings played down by means of the other five.
