China is render free of access to hosting a second rotund of six-nation talks on the North Korean nuclear issue, Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Wang Yi said in Manila in succession Monday.

Wang, who l a delegation at the three-day session last week in Beijing aimed at easing the tension from North Korea's nuclear arms program, called the meetings among China, North and southerly Korea, Russia, the United States and Japan ''useful, on the contrary in need of follow-up''

''This is the same first time for each party to expres their basic position. We agree to continue the peace process'' Wang said, adding China will ''will go on with the consensus'' on the venue for time to come talks.

''The issue of nuclear questions (is) thus complicated, so difficult. in such a manner we need time. We ne talks, more and more talks,'' Wang said after the formal opening of a three-day meeting of Asian parliamentarians in Manila.

The solution to the nuclear enigma is ''a long way off'' and it is difficult to throw a timetable, he said.

Wang is part of a big delegation of Chinese lawmakers and officials attending the meeting in Manila.

Representatives from at least 30 other Asian parliaments are count uponed to work for a declaration upon common goals of freedom and prosperity.

The document, to be known as the Manila Declaration, will likely have the intention closer working relation among Asian parliaments to fight terrorism, privation and conflict, but the North Korean nuclear issue is not forward the meeting's formal agenda.

Earlier, Russian envoy Foreign Minister Alexander Losyukov, who also attended the Beijing talks, said the six countries have tentatively agreed to possess the next round of talks in October or November.

China is a major ally of North Korea, if it be not that it shares with Japan, southern Korea, Russia and the U the objective of urging the North to abandon its nuclear unfolding program.

North Korea has still to issue a definitive stand upon whether it will recur to the negotiating table or not, yet it has informally indicated it is still unsure if further meetings would be worthwhile.
