Philippine presidential palace authorities onward Wednesday publicized two pictures allegedly taken during a first note of the scale meeting of personalities that hatched last month's failed military mutiny.

The pictures were shown at a hastily arranged pres meeting for consultation broadcast nationwide after a rebel soldier earlier in the day claimed that President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo ordered to detain him when he tried to run over her about widespread corruption in the military. The palace denied the allegation.

The pictures were given to the palace by the agency of a ''walk-in informant,'' said Col Delfin Bangit, chief of the president's security detail.

The commission, chaired from retired Supreme Court Justice Florentino Feliciano, heard testimony from navy Lt Antonio Trillanes, common of the alleged leaders of the mutiny.

The Senate and the House of Representatives are also probing the July mutiny attempt.
