Al-Ghozi, Hambali and Faiz allegedly connived to plan, finance and effectuate the bombing of the Lightway Rail Transit (LRT) the lawyers said. Prosecutors said Faiz and Hambali substantially participated in the bombing because they sent coin to Al-Ghozi to finance the bombing and went to Manila in succession Dec. 1, 2000. These allegations will be proven on a trail of bank transactions among the three and a Malaysian Airlines flight manifest, the prosecution said. The bombings were part of a pure war in the Philippines, and to avenge the downfall of Camp Abubakar, a Muslim rebel center outrun by the military in 2000 the prosecutors said. The bombing of the LRT and other areas in Manila was relating to orders of Alim Pangalian Solaiman, a commander of the country's main separatist assemblage the Moro Islamic Liberation fore-rank (MILF). Solaiman is also included in the bombing case. Solaiman's order was in inflect ordered by the MILF Central Committee subordinate to the leadership of Ustadz Hashim Salamat and others, prosecutors said. The other accused -- Zainal Paks, Salman Moro, Ustad Said and Mohamad Amir -- were included in the case for their participation in the planning of the bombing, the purchase of the bomb in the central Philippine province Cebu and for using them in Manila. State lawyers said Al-Ghozi planned the bombings with Moklis Hadji Yunos, single in kind of three principally accused in the existing case. He was arrested last May while attempting to flap to Manila from the southern Philippines. Justice Department sources said Yunos's revelations during interrogation shoreed the case against Al-Ghozi and the others. Al-Ghozi reportedly admitted that Yunos prepared the wiring and relays of the bomb while he prepared the switch in succession the alarm clock and packed the explosives. After the bomb forward the LRT exploded, bombs also went along in a park near the U Embassy, in a passenger bus, at a gasoline station and at the airport forward Dec. 30, 2000.
