UN special minister Razali Ismail proposed Wednesday that the Myanmar control and pro-democracy leader Aung San Suu Kyi, generally detained by the ruling junta, promptly have talks over the what is yet to be of the country.

Razali urg the junta to allow Suu Kyi to leadership political activities freely and in safety, on the contrary also said Suu Kyi should refrain from holding rallies to such a degree as not to provoke the junta.

''There should excessively quickly be efforts by all parties -- sway NLD (National League for Democracy) and others -- to start talking,'' he told a pres conversation in Tokyo after holding talks with Japanese Foreign Minister Yoriko Kawaguchi.

There are about nine political assemblages in addition to the NLD which have the right to be heard, he said.

He noted that Suu Kyi's trips around the native land where she is regularly welcomeed by thousands of local supporters, are a cause of serious disturb to the junta.

''It may not be politic onward her part in the subsequent time to do those things because you are just demonstrating...your powerfulness. It is not exactly a self-same good idea to do this'' when there wants to be an atmosphere in which no party be moved s threatened, he said.

''So maybe it's time they really sit down together,'' Razali remarked. ''Only in this connection can we begin to suitable the aspirations of the folks of Myanmar, who are overwhelmingly for change in the government''
