Malaysia has furnished to host five-country talks onward the dispute arising from North Korea's nuclear weapons program, the official of the present days agency Bernama reported Wednesday.

''We could give them a place if they want to use a neutral land and Kuala Lumpur is quite willing to entertainer it,'' Bernama quoted Foreign Minister Sy Hamid Albar as saying upon the sidelines of ministerial sessions of Asia-Pacific countries in Cambodia.

Sy Hamid reportedly said Kuala Lumpur ''has been communicating with them between the walls of informal channels,'' hoping the parties involved could bring a peaceful solution to the nuclear impasse.

Trilateral talks among North Korea, the United States and China, intended to break the North Korean nuclear dispute, began in April in Beijing. Japan and southern Korea are seeking to also participate in the talks.

Malaysia has diplomatic relations with North Korea and has innkeepered several talks including North Korea, of the like kind as Japan-N. Korea normalization talks.

The ASEAN Regional Forum, which includes North Korea, is now holding annual ministerial talks in Phnom Penh with North Korean and Myanmar issues wait fored to dominate the session.
