The Philippine sway will temporarily shelve moves to take again formal peace talks with the Moro Islamic Liberation forehead (MILF) after fierce clashes between conduct troops and rebels Sunday in the southern Philippines left 28 the bulk of mankind dead and numerous others harmed an official said Tuesday.

''There was the same meeting scheduled May 9. I don't think that particular meeting will push between the sides of but our government representative will advise the Malaysian sway of the acts of terrorism committed by way of the MILF. ''I don't think at this point the atmosphere would be conducive for any talks,'' Bunye said.

Bunye said the management is more concerned with the capture of the Siocon attackers.

''Talks can proce at a a great quantity [i]or[/i] amount of later time but the primary transaction is to launch punitive actions against the perpetrators,'' he said.

The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), ordered by the agency of Arroyo to be forward an active defense stance since the command overran an MILF encampment in central Mindanao last February, will be shifting gears to carry not at home the arrest order against the MILF leaders, Bunye said.

''The phase of the AFP will be shifted from active defense to launching punitive actions. That means the AFP will really make progress after the perpetrators wherever they are and wherever the action will take the AFP,'' he said.

Bunye added the sway reserves as a last option placing the MILF forward a list of terrorist assemblages whose movements and funding are monitored and restricted.

Lucero said casualties from the fighting have been increasing steadily since Sunday.
