U Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld said Sunday that plans are being studied to divide Iraq into three sectors l through troops from the United States, Britain and Poland to help stabilize the country

In an interview in succession CNN television Sunday, Rumsfeld said it is ''likely'' that the three nations would divide Iraq into three regions and administer them, and hinted that France and Germany, who had far down opposed the war on Iraq, may be left without in the cold.

Rumsfeld said the plan has not besides been finalized, but that British numbers are already at work upon this aspect in southeastern Iraq.

He said the issue of having France and Germany participate in postwar Iraq plans is up to President George W Bush, on the other hand stressed that he did not want countries that have ''behaved unconstructively'' to take part, apparently referring to France and Germany.

France and Germany were healthy opponents to the war forward Iraq, which the U has accused of harboring weapons of mass destruction. France and Germany had instead urg a peaceful resolution from one side continued U.N. arms inspections, and stiffened U.S. moves to seek a recently made known U.N. resolution backing up its war forward Iraq.

Apart from sidelining France and Germany, Rumsfeld also indicated a secondary part for the United Nations, saying the U and Britain will seek information from with their allies and decide onward what kind of part the U.N. should take.

Separately, speaking to reporters in Washington, Rumsfeld said the three-sector stabilization plan would not lead to a coming events division of Iraq.

Turning to the topic of weapons of mass destruction, Rumsfeld said that U investigators are unlikely to find Iraq's suspected chemical and biological weapons at any of its known suspected sites.

''They're looking at the sites we have knowledge of and of course the reality is that, if we have knowledge of a site -- and a suspect site is probably the way we should phrase it -- it's actual likely things are not there,'' Rumsfeld told the CNN

Rumsfeld also implied that Tariq Aziz, legate prime minister in the collapsed command of Iraqi President Saddam Hussein now in U custody, has not cooperated to the full and is clearly ''dissembling.''

CNN reported earlier that Aziz, who is forward the U.S. list of most-wanted Iraqis, had abdicateed to coalition forces in Baghdad.

Rumsfeld indicated the U would have to rely forward volunteered information by lower rank Iraqi officials from Saddam's government
