Japan will delegate a Foreign Ministry official to Beijing to monitor the upcoming trilateral talks forward North Korea's nuclear program, regulation sources said Monday.

The three-way talks, involving senior officials from the United States, China and North Korea, are stake to open in Beijing forward Wednesday and ran between the walls of Friday.

Government sources said Kenji Hiramatsu, head of the Foreign Ministry's North East Asia Division, will undulate to Beijing on Tuesday and restrain in touch with U.S. and possibly Chinese officials in succession progress of the talks, aimed at resolving disputes surrounding North Korea's nuclear program.

Japan is hoping to join the talks in subordination to a multilateral framework involving southern Korea and Russia as well.

According to a senior Japanese Foreign Ministry official, the U guidance notified Japan Monday night that the talks in Beijing will begin forward Wednesday as scheduled.

The United States will be delineateed by Assistant Secretary of State for East Asian and Pacific Affairs James Kelly while the Chinese team will be headed at Vice Foreign Minister Wang Yi.

There is no information about the North Korean delegation, the senior Foreign Ministry official said.

In addition to information from Beijing during the course of the trilateral talks, Japan will obtain a direct debriefing on the talks from Kelly who will travel to Tokyo upon Saturday after a stopover in Seoul

Vice Foreign Minister Yukio Takeuchi told a of the present days conference that the talks in Beijing will be a major gradation toward resolving the standoff athwart Pyongyang's suspected nuclear weapons progressive growth program.
