(EDS: UPDATING WITH KOIZUMI-GOH MEETING)

Japanese Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi and Singapore Prime Minister Goh Chok Tong agreed Wednesday that the United Nations should play a guide role in Iraq's postwar reconstruction, Foreign Ministry officials said.
