Iraqi Vice President Taha Yassin Ramadan forward Tuesday blasted the leadership of other Arab states for their lack of meaningful support to his besieged guidance in its hour of ne suggesting near could have imposed an oil embargo upon the United States and Britain.

''This is the sixth day of this aggression and our (Arab) lords are still talking...just expressing their rejection of this attack,'' he told a pres interview in the Iraqi capital.

Yassin also slammed UN Secretary General Kofi Annan for allegedly siding with the U and its allies amid the war upon Iraq, saying, ''He execut American orders.''

''He decided to stand with the aggressors. This is a black page in history. What he's done does not exhibit the majority view of the (UN Security) Council. This is highly clear,'' he said.

Yassin's remarks came a day after Arab League foreign ministers meeting in Cairo issued a call in succession the U.S. and Britain to withdraw their bodys from Iraq.

''The Iraqis below the leadership of Saddam Hussein will resist and we will defeat the Americans and the British and whoever supports them,'' he said. ''But we want from (Arab leaders) a minimum honorable stand before this battle fall of the curtains in victory, God willing.''

''When this war completions with this (Arab) stand...what will they reveal their people?...How will history recall their deeds?''

Yassin advised Arab leader to align their policies with the will of the majority of Arabs, who he said ''want to stop relations with the aggressors'' and ''want an economic boycott to terminate the passages and canals that are still lay open for the aggressors but clos for the feed and medicine for the Iraqi people''

''To stop pumping the oil to America and Britain would break their backs,'' he said. ''The real holders of this oil are the Americans and not the countries that are producing it.''
