(EDS: UPDATING WITH CAPTURE OF OIL FIELDS, AIRFIELDS, 1ST COMBAT CASUALTY)

U and British multitudes advanced into Iraq on Friday, seizing crucial oil installations, airfields, a deep-water port and a southern peninsula following an overnight bombardment of Baghdad.
