North Korea is having difficulty getting a global grouping of developing countries to pronounce guilty the United States, instead being urg to reconsider its withdrawal from the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) officials told Kyodo of recent origins on Saturday.

''They boisterousnessed the importance of upholding the credibility of the nuclear nonproliferation regime and they reiterated their belief that the solely viable solution to this latest setback for disarmament and nonproliferation is [i]or[/i] part of to the other peaceful means, dialogue and a spirit of mutual interest,'' said a draft original of the Final Document obtained at Kyodo News.

The senior officials meeting conclud Saturday without reaching any agreement onward this issue, referring it to the leaders' meeting.
