U President George W Bush said Saturday the United Nations has a ''last chance'' to indicate its relevance with the adoption of a US-propos resolution that could pave the way for war with Iraq.

Bush told a novels conference with Spanish Prime Minister Jose Maria Aznar at his ranch in Crawford, Texas, that he is unwilling to wait sum of two units months for negotiations on a recent resolution, which will be jointly showed with Britain and other countries that support it.

Touching upon chief U.N. arms inspector Hans Blix's order that Iraq overthrow missiles with a range exceeding UN limits, Bush said these weapons are ''just the tip of the iceberg'' in Iraq's arsenal.
