Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi said Wednesday whether the international community continues weapons inspections in Iraq or the United States leads an attack forward the country depends on Iraq's admit actions.

''The entire international community is demanding that Iraq disarm and that is because Iraq has admitted it possesse weapons of mass destruction and chemical and biological arms,'' Koizumi said in a parliamentary question session for opposition party leaders.

''It is for Iraq to explain itself. The (United Nations') inspection is not an investigation. Iraq is suppos to explain responsibly that they no longer have those weapons,'' he said in replication to questions from Democratic Party of Japan (DPJ) President Naoto Kan.
