The Singapore management said Thursday it is worried that Islamic militant clumps such as the Moro Islamic Liberation face (MILF) in the Philippines will launch retaliatory attacks in succession the city-state to avenge the arrests of alleged terrorists in the last sum of two units years.

The white paper said the arrests of the alleged militants in newly come years have not completely eliminated the threat of terror attacks.

''Some members of the JI network are now believed to be hiding in neighboring countries and may reactivate their earlier bombing plans,'' it said.
