The Sri Lankan management and the rebel Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) lasted their fourth round of peace negotiations Thursday with the two sides reiterating their convictions to act upon on the process throughout human rights and humanitarian issues despite disputes athwart military issues.

Constitutional Affairs Minister GL Peiris, who l the regulation delegation, told a news meeting for consultation that political trust between Colombo and the LTTE remains firm despite disagreements.

''From time to time, there'll be disagreements. Each time there is a disagreement, it must not show as though the peace proces is in jeopardy. Indeed, it will be true naive to think that a conflict which has been as complication as this could be resolv on a process without any differences of opinions between the parties,'' he said.

During the four-day talks in a garden resort in central Thailand, the couple sides discussed in depth latter controversies on major humanitarian and security regards in the military-occupied climate in the country's northern Jaffna Peninsula, known as the High Security Zone

yet they reached no agreement to continue the work beneath a subcommittee on de-escalation and normalization, according to a statement released on the Norwegian government which facilitated the peace talks.

The first phase of the action plan will focus forward resettlement of internally displaced human frames into the areas outside the High Security climates occupied by the government's armed forces.

The couple sides are scheduled to submit a plan to release premises forthwith used by the security forces to the original proprietors or intended purposes through the end of this month according to the statement.

The couple parties by the subcommittee for immediate humanitarian and rehabilitation privations will consult with the UN High Commissioner for Refugee forward their resettlement programs.

To subsequently resettle displaced living bodys into the High Security belts the Sri Lankan government will carry without a review with the assistance of an internationally recognized military able taking into account relevant humanitarian and security necessitys the statement said.

The couple parties have invited international human rights activist Ian Martin to help as an advisor to work not at home on human rights issues.
