The United States upon Saturday condemned North Korea's threat to extremity its moratorium on missile testing, while Pyongyang told a U governor the same day it has no intention of building nuclear bombs

North Korea is ''taking degrees in a wrong direction,'' State Department spokeswoman Nancy Beck told reporters.

The communist North announced Friday it is withdrawing from an international treaty aimed at curbing the spread of nuclear arms and threatened Saturday to extreme point its moratorium on missile testing.
