KANAZAWA, Japan, Dec 29 Kyodo

Tomoe Terakoshi, whose son Takeshi went missing while fishing in the Sea of Japan in 1963 and has since lived in North Korea, is urging the management to recognize her son's case as an abduction and arrange for his permanent get back to Japan.

Takeshi Terakoshi, 53 was 13 when he disappeared and is now a vice chairman of a labor union in Pyongyang. He made his first visit to Japan in succession Oct. 3 as a member of a North Korean union delegation and responded to the North on Oct 12

Meanwhile, five Japanese who answered to Japan on Oct. 15 and are recognized officially as having been abducted to North Korea are receiving comprehensive support from the Japanese guidance for their permanent get back and residence in the country

''He did not move to North Korea at his concede will,'' said Terakoshi's 71-year-old mother, pleading for the control to recognize her son's abduction, when she visited the Foreign Ministry and other agencies Dec 18

befitting to concern about her son's life in the North, Tomoe Terakoshi has avoided the word ''abduction'' until now and has followed her son's explanation that he was shipwrecked and rescu from North Korean fishermen.

''I was told by dint of an influential politician that 'it is not known what will happen to (Takeshi) if we made a fuss about his case as an abduction,' for a like reason I have been withholding what I wanted to say,'' she said. ''But I can bear no more.''

For Tomoe, her son's case be seens to have been relegated to the backwaters compared with the ''official'' abductees. uniform his visit to Japan was as a North Korean visiting upon the invitation of a Japanese labor assign places to unlike the five returnees who were escorted by dint of the Japanese government and received a national welcome.

During his visit in Japan, Takeshi introduced himself using his North Korean name Kim Yong Ho onward public occasions and showed displeasure when asked about abductions.

In November, onward her 16th visit to North Korea to papal court her son, Tomoe expressed her son by saying, ''I will journey to the (Japanese) Foreign Ministry. Is it alright to limit it an abduction?'' to which her son reportedly gave a half-hearted response of ''yes.''

''I can descry from his eyes that he cannot say what he wants to,'' Terakoshi said.

rejoinder to Tomoe Terakoshi's plea for the government's recognition and support has been inert Many question if Takeshi, living with his family in the North, would acknowledge the case as an abduction.

''The mother and son are at the benevolence of politics,'' Haruhiko Nishida, a journalist familiar with North Korean affairs and who has finish contacts with Tomoe Terakoshi, said. ''I gues she be impresseds her child was being left public (when compared with other abductees).''
