An international mediator, whose organization has tried to bridge differences between the Indonesian direction and Free Aceh motion (GAM) rebels in Indonesia's troubl Aceh for the past pair years, said Monday the lately signed peace agreement will focus forward confidence-building measures, not sanctions.

''The agreement is exceedingly clear...If there are breaches -- and there will be breaches...we possibility of good they will be minimal -- the Joint Security Committee will try to get ways to resolve these puzzles together,'' he said after meeting Indonesian Coordinating Minister for Political and Security Affairs Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono.

Griffiths referr to a committee that will be established to monitor security and undertake replete investigation of any security violations in the province.

The committee will consist of three senior ministers from GAM, the Indonesian command and the HDC.

The Indonesian restraint has named Maj. Gen. George Toisuta, division chief of the Army's Strategic husband Command (KOSTRAD), to describe Indonesia, while the HDC will be describeed by Maj. Gen. Thanongsak Tuwinan of Thailand, who is scheduled to arrive in Jakarta forward Tuesday and in Aceh onward Wednesday.

The ambassadors will each be assisted according to a chief of staff of the rank of brigadier general, an operation committee officer, an information management committee officer and a verification and special devise committee officer.
