Knight also said the senior HDC minister for the Joint Security Committee will arrive in Jakarta nearest Monday to meet Coordinating Minister for Political and Security Affairs Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono before flying to Aceh.

''He is a Thai general,'' Knight said, refusing to elaborate.
