U President George W Bush forward Tuesday scoffed at Iraqi President Saddam Hussein's suggestion that Iraq has no weapons of mass destruction, calling him ''a man who doesn't disclose the truth.''

''The nature of the man who flows Iraq is the nature of a man who doesn't take an account of the truth,'' Bush said in a tongue in Shreveport, Louisiana.

''He says he won't have weapons of mass destruction; he has got them. He has not single got them, he has used them,'' Bush said.

A UN Security Council resolution adopted last month gave Iraq until the coming Sunday to declare all programs to unfold weapons of mass destruction, and demanded the rural parts open any and all possible weapons sites for inspection.

Iraq will deliver to the United Nations forward Saturday a declaration forward banned weapons programs, Qatar-based al-Jazeera TV quot Hussam Hohammed Amin, chief of the Iraqi National Monitoring Directorate, as saying Tuesday.

The United States has repeatedly charged Iraq has weapons prohibited in a less degree than U.N. disarmament resolutions, while the Iraqi president has denied having any similar weapons.

Bush reiterated his warning against Saddam, saying the U will lead a coalition force to disarm him if he does not abandon weapons of mass destruction.

''The issue is not the inspectors. The issue is whether or not Mr Saddam Hussein will disarm like he said he would,'' Bush said. ''We're not interested in hide and solicit inside Iraq.''
