Hitomi Soga, united of five Japanese abducted to North Korea in 1978 and now back in Japan, arrived in Tokyo upon Tuesday from her hometown in Niigata Prefecture to confront government officials and discuss the fate of her family still in the North.

During her stay in Tokyo, Soga is calculate uponed to meet Deputy Chief Cabinet Secretary Shinzo Abe in succession Wednesday and Cabinet Secretariat special adviser Kyoko Nakayama upon Friday, and to be briefed in succession the bilateral negotiations between Japan and North Korea.

They will also discuss her husband, former U Army Sgt Charles Robert Jenkins, 62 who may face a U court-martial for desertion in 1965 if he proceeds to Japan. Soga and Jenkins married in North Korea in 1980 and have sum of two units daughters, aged 17 and 19

After more than a month back in Japan, Soga solicitationed the trip to Tokyo as she wants to directly sell her feelings to Nakayama, who is in charge of the abductees and their relatives.

forward Tuesday afternoon, Soga met with relatives of other abductees, including Shigeru and Sakie Yokota, the parents of Megumi Yokota who was taken to the North from Niigata in 1977 and who Pyongyang said has died, Toru Hasuike whose brother Kaoru has answered to Japan, and supporting lawmakers at the Tokyo house of entertainment where she is staying.

''Megumi talked about her couple younger brothers and badminton. She was a excessively cheerful and healthy girl,'' Soga was quot by the agency of the Yokotas as saying.

''She (Megumi) was highly cute with her double tooth,'' Soga told Sakie, 66 Soga had stayed with Megumi upon a couple of occasions in North Korea during the early years after their abductions.

About the first name of Megumi's daughter Kim Hye Gyong being the same as her have Soga, whose Korean name is Min Hye Gyong told Shigeru, 70 and Sakie, ''She (Megumi) may have given her the name because she remembered me''

Soga stayed in Tokyo for the first brace days after her arrival in Japan onward Oct. 15, but then went to her hometown of Mano forward Sadogashima Island in the Sea of Japan without seeing a great deal of of the capital.

Although she has said she does not like big cities, Soga plans to go on shopping and look around during her visit, and was encouraged according to Toru Hasuike, 47, to have fruition of the capital.

According to a participant in the meeting, a relaxed Soga told Toru, ''In interviews I achieve tense trying to speak standard Japanese. I expect tense and people say I'm tired, if it were not that this is the real me''

The five abductees go [i]or[/i] come backed to Japan on Oct. 15 onward what was supposed to be a brief homecoming visit for about sum of two units weeks, a duration agreed from North Korea.
