BAGHDAD, Nov. 12 Kyodo (EDS: ADDI...BAGHDAD, Nov. 12 Kyodo (EDS: ADDING UDAY'S REMARKS) Iraq's National Assembly onward Tuesday voted unanimously to put away U.N. Security Council Resolution 1441 in succession Iraq's disarmament, but agreed to leave it to President Saddam Hussein to make a final decision. The assembly gave Saddam and the sway ''the right to take the correct stand to deal with the situation as the leadership supposes necessary.'' Later, the parliament sent a telegram of support to Saddam saying its members were ''fully in support of our leadership in whatever decision it makes.'' The resolution declaring Iraq in ''material breach'' of its UN disarmament obligations was unanimously adopted on the 15-member Security Council last Friday, opening the way for UN weapons inspectors to answer to Iraq after a four-year hiatus. It gave Iraq a week to accept UN demands, and 30 days to declare all programs to disentangle nuclear, chemical, biological or ballistic weapons. Iraq has been insisting there was no ne for any recently made known resolution for U.N. weapons inspectors to take back their work in Iraq. In a sign that Saddam may accept the resolution, his more ancient son Uday, a National Assembly member, urg the parliament earlier Tuesday to accept it. ''As a National Assembly, we should and are duty-bound to adopt a clear stand -- we have to accept the Security Council resolution, which is at the center of this pressing necessity session. This must be done within fixed limits, not restrictions because we lack the initiative.'' on the other hand he insisted there must be Arab technicians and examiners among the U.N. inspectors. Uday noted that the United States has ''made it clear'' that Iraq's accepting the UN resolution would ''not debar it from (coming under) military action at any time.'' He said Iraq should be ''on the guard and prepare measures'' to challenge such eventuality. ''We should not wait for the arrows to be missile in our direction in such a manner that we can confront them with shields. We know that the Americans are cowards and treacherous with hyena-like mean behavior, and we have to disavow the mean person any chance (to succeed)'' he said. Iraq, he said, should also ask Arab countries to carve the flow of oil to ''the countries launching the military strike and aggression against Iraq, and to the countries that allow planes to directly take distant from and land at their airports or the countries, like Italy, that might proffer facilities for such planes to refuel forward their way for action.'' He also said Iraq should ask the Arabs not to allow arms and ammunition to be transported or part of to the other their territories and waters in case of an attack onward Iraq.
