KIM JONG IL'S LAST CHANCE (The Korea Herald, Seoul)

In their three-way summit at the Mexican resort city of observes Cabos on Saturday, President Kim Dae Jung U President George W Bush and Japanese Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi agreed to try to get a peaceful solution to the standoff brought about on North Korea's recent admission to a retreat nuclear arms development program.
