The four mini-documentaries will be aired in eight countries in Asia and the Middle East beginning Wednesday and continuing by means of the Islamic fasting month Ramadan.

A fifth documentary featuring an Indonesian Muslim studying at the academy of Journalism of the University of Missouri will be also aired soon

''Indonesia, as is fitting for the region with the largest Muslim population, will be the first political division where these mini-documentaries will be seen'' he said.

''This is not propaganda...the participants themselves were not paid (and) we are looking for a feedback...strengthening our ties with Muslims has taken forward special importance since Sept. 11 of last year,'' he added.

Boyce said he set it difficult to convince the Muslim race about U.S. goodwill, however expressed hope ''everyone will have an make open mind to be willing to take a expect at these (mini-documentaries).''
