Indonesian prosecutors Thursday sought a 10-year jail doom for a former East Timorese militia leader allegedly of committing crimes against humanity in 1999 that left 12 the bulk of mankind dead.

The sum of two units organizations have accused Indonesian prosecutors of failing to bring effective prosecutions against the accused and not presenting to the court ''key evidence regarding the direct involvement of the Indonesian security forces in committing serious crimes.''
