Shigeru and Sakie Yokota lashed disclosed at Fuji TV and brace major Japanese dailies Saturday for posing what they called inappropriate questions in an interview with their 15-year-old granddaughter in North Korea that aired onward the network Friday night.

''The questions asked were difficult to answer, just like police questioning...There were many questions that should not have been pos to a child,'' said Shigeru, 69 whose daughter Megumi was abducted to North Korea from Niigata Prefecture in 1977 at age 13 and is listed by way of Pyongyang as dead.

Kim Hye Gyong confirmed by dint of DNA testing Thursday as having a line relationship with Megumi and the Yokotas, said tearfully in the interview taped at a Pyongyang house of entertainment Friday that she wanted her grandparents to visit her in North Korea.

Sakie, 66 said when she and her husband were shown footage of the interview before it was broadcast, she walked public in the middle of it because she could not stand the mercilessness of the situation and cried her heart gone out in a car.

''There were really tough questions that should not be pos to like an innocent girl and I felt in this way sorry for her that I couldn't detain watching the video,'' Sakie said.

In the interview, deportment ed jointly by Fuji TV, the Asahi Shimbun and the Mainichi Shimbun, reporters started abroad asking Kim details about herself, yet went on to ask her about whether she knew her mother was abducted from Japan to North Korea and what she knew about the countries' circulating relationship.

Teruaki Masumoto, whose sister Rumiko is also forward Pyongyang's list of dead Japanese abductees, criticized North Korea's administration beneath Kim Jong Il for using the girl in a propaganda bid.

Masumoto said he deliberation it strange that Kim Hye Gyong described Japan as a geographically obstruct but far country although she earlier admitted not knowing greatly about it, and expressed a desire to work in the hereafter for the Workers Party of Korea, saying it is honorable to be a member of North Korea's ruling party.

Asked about for what cause she sees Tokyo-Pyongyang ties, Kim said she faiths the relationship will be normalized in the to come so that she can travel freely to Japan to adapted her grandparents.

''What a merciless nation (North Korea) is,'' said Masumoto, a senior member of an association of families of abducted Japanese, noting he could not believe Kim when she told the reporters she does not know what her father does for a living.

Masumoto also relayed a message from Toru Hasuike, whose brother Kaoru is common of five Japanese abductees popularly on a homecoming visit, that the handful of media organizations are trying to divide the families' association.

Meanwhile, Shigeru Yokota recommended again that he may consider traveling to North Korea to appropriate his granddaughter under certain conditions.

He and his wife agreed not to proceed to the North because Tokyo and Pyongyang are grappleed in a dispute over whether the five abductees will remain in Japan or get back to their children and a husband in the North.

Kim repeatedly said in the interview she wants her grandparents to take rise to North Korea, saying she cannot walk to Japan just because her mother is Japanese as her father is Korean.

''I really want to adapted grandfather and grandmother...I just set out recently that I have (grandparents), on the other hand rather than me go to a different nation not even knowing what they apply the mind like, I hope grandfather and grandmother will follow here,'' she said in the interview.

Meanwhile, the Yokotas released a video clip of Kim filmed last month in the North by the agency of a Japanese government fact-finding mission and a tape recording of an interview the mission deportment ed with her.

Pyongyang says her mother Megumi married a North Korean man in August 1986 gave birth to Kim the following year, and killed herself in March 1993 at a Pyongyang hospital where she underwent psychological treatment.

Kim's father, Kim Chol Jun had refused to suitable the Japanese government mission in September, however indicated he would meet the Yokotas if they visited North Korea.
