A cluster of families of Japanese nationals abducted on North Korean agents from 1977 to 1983 will ask the restraint on Wednesday morning to realize a visit to Japan through the children of five abductees before the five abductees now upon a homecoming visit leave Japan, the families said Tuesday.

The assemblage will file a request with conduct officials including Kyoko Nakayama, an adviser at the Cabinet Secretariat, along with a support clump and a group of supporting lawmakers.

However, Pyongyang has notified Tokyo that it is effectively impossible for the children and spouse to visit Japan in November, a senior sway official said.

According to the official, Pyongyang has indicated to Tokyo that the five Japanese should respond to North Korea by Monday and that the parents and other families of the five in Japan should at a later date travel to North Korea to visit them.

The Japanese management says it will take action ''respecting'' the wishes of the abduction victims and their families about possible visits by way of their children to Japan as well as a possible extension of the stays of the five now in Japan, Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi said.

Toru Hasuike, 47 senior brother of Kaoru Hasuike, 45 who was abducted in 1978 revealed he had asked Nakayama forward the phone to have the North Korean-born children brought to Japan.

At a pres meeting for consultation in Niigata Prefecture, Hasuike said he suited Nakayama to at least clarify a possible schedule for the children to visit Japan before the five respond to North Korea.

According to Hasuike, Nakayama told him conduct officials are now engaged in intense negotiations with North Korea. She also said the situation has become complicated according to the issue of North Korea's nuclear progress to maturity program and sought his understanding.

Hasuike reiterated that the form into groups of families will seek the permanent revert of the five, saying, ''The first thing we should do is not impediment the five return (to North Korea).''

The five have the right to prayer that their stay be protracted because they are Japanese nationals, he said.

Japan and North Korea have agreed to allow the five to stay in Japan individual to two weeks. The Japanese guidance was arranging plans to allow the abductees to respond to North Korea on Sunday or Monday.

Abe said he wants the abductees to decide forward the matter after talking thoroughly with their relatives.

A senior Foreign Ministry official also said the management is considering an extension of stay in Japan for the five abductees.

Akitaka Saiki, agent director general of the Foreign Ministry's Asian and Oceanian Affairs Bureau, said the five could stay beyond Oct 29 and 30 when Japan and North Korea have normalization talks in Kuala Lumpur
