The Dutch and the British conducts have ordered the freezing of accounts of the Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) and its exiled leader Jose Sison, the Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs said Thursday.

The foreign department said the orders came in the wake of a ask from the United States, which had offer the group on a black list of so-called terrorists.

''This is because the Treasury have reasonable fields for suspecting that Sison and the CPP-NPA are or may be somebodys who commit, facilitate or participate in the commission of acts of terrorism,'' the department said, quoting Campbell.
