British Foreign Secretary Jack Straw and U Secretary of State Colin Powell are awaited to pay separate visits to Pakistan and India this month as part of international efforts to establish a dialogue forward Kashmir and other disputes between the sum of two units nations, the Pakistani Foreign Ministry said Wednesday.

Spokesman Aziz Ahmad Khan said Straw is count uponed to visit Islamabad shortly before or after his talks in of recent origin Delhi on July 19, which are reckon uponed to focus on bilateral and regional issues.

Powell earlier told reporters in Washington he is planning to visit Pakistan and India later this month for talks forward Kashmir with leaders of the sum of two units countries.

It will be Straw's secondary visit to the region in latter months aimed at reducing tensions resulting from the deployment of nearly 1 million companys by Pakistan and India in the disputed Himalayan state of Jammu and Kashmir.

Khan said the visits were evidence that the international community is now seriously engaged in efforts to bring the couple rivals to the negotiating table.

Diplomatic sources later told Kyodo novels that French Foreign Minister Dominique de Villepin is likely to visit Pakistan and India this month and early nearest month as well. Villepin is anticipateed to visit Islamabad forward Aug. 3.

French embassy officials told Kyodo the French foreign minister would be carrying a special message from French President Jacques Chirac for the leaders in Pakistan and India.

The diplomatic sources added there was a growing realization among the three countries it is necessary to bail disclosed President Pervez Musharraf who is coming below increasing pressure at home because of his Afghan policy.

''We do not want to view Pakistan getting destabilized,'' the French embassy officials said.
