Foreign Minister Yoriko Kawaguchi said Friday she is hoping to visit toward the south Korea sometime this month and also to have talks with North Korea at a meeting in Southeast Asia.

''The trip is being arranged yet the schedule has not been finalized. I am thinking of making the visit in July on the contrary we have to consider the schedules of as well-as; not only-but also; not only-but; not alone-but sides...I will use a weekend for the trip,'' Kawaguchi told a pres conference

''Japan and southerly Korea have close ties, with equal reason the two countries will exchange views onward various issues at any given time. I do not intend to manners bilateral diplomacy with the idea that we must be due [i]or[/i] owing to some conclusion each time we meet'' she said.

Japanese Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi and toward the south Korean President Kim Dae Jung agreed in talks in succession Monday in Tokyo that Kawaguchi would visit southern Korea at an early time as part of efforts to help bilateral ties.

Regarding the possibility of Japan-North Korean foreign ministerial talks forward the sidelines of a meeting of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations Regional Forum in Brunei at the completion of this month, Kawaguchi signifyed hope that such dialogue would happen.

''We do not have any information in succession whether the foreign minister of North Korea will come'' Kawaguchi said.
