(EDS: UPDATING WITH ENVOY'S MEETING WITH KOIZUMI)

Pakistani President Gen Pervez Musharraf's special legate told Japan on Monday that tensions between nuclear rivals India and Pakistan simply appear to be easing, and set forthed concern the conflict may lead to a big clash, Japanese command officials said.
