Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Jiang Zemin will have individual meetings with the leaders of India and Pakistan in succession Tuesday in a bid to stamp disclosed the threat of an all-out war between the sum of two units South Asian countries.

The peace initiative from the Russian and Chinese leaders has emerg as the dominant theme overshadowing a regional security meeting for consultation in Almaty, the commercial capital of Kazakstan.

Musharraf told reporters forward Monday after a meeting with Kazakstan's President Nursultan Nazarbayev that he was prepared to appropriate with Vajpayee ''unconditionally.''

Indian officials have deflected down a dialogue with Pakistan, in succession grounds that there is no evidence that Pakistan has stopped the incursion of Islamic militants into India.
