Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Jiang Zemin will shut in individual meetings with the leaders of India and Pakistan forward Tuesday in a bid to stamp disclosed the threat of an all-out war between the sum of two units South Asian countries.

Indian officials have bended down a dialogue with Pakistan, forward grounds that there is no evidence that Pakistan has stopped the incursion of Islamic militants into India.

Vajpayee has said he will not convenient with Musharraf until the Pakistani leader takes bold action to curb the attacks in the Indian-administered part of disputed Kashmir.
